After enduring a move and mellowing out in our cabinets for over a year, the wok finally made its debut. Meena seasoned that sucker perfectly and we tried our first stir fry on a range top that is capable of doing it correctly. We will get better as we go, but the first effort was pretty strong.

Sunday we did half a pork shoulder in the oven and half was braised with stock and sriracha. The braised bits ended up in a lovely Cuban sandwich with a sweet potato on the side.
