We haven’t been doing a lot of awesome stuff with the toaster oven but here’s one thing that went pretty well. A couple different types of tostada that were way harder to make than they should have been … but great all the same.
White Bean.
- tostada round
- white beans (w/ olive oil, garlic, chili oil and sea salt)
- cilantro
- chorizo
- pickled red onion (w/ lime and sea salt)
The Regular.

- pico de gallo
- romaine
- chicken breast
- sriracha
