This one was a marriage of two really good things … Bon Appetit’s salt and vinegar potatoes and a couple sausages from Publican Quality Meats.   Didn’t bring the Blackhawks any luck, but our tastebuds told us SUMMER IS FINALLY HERE (BUT FOR REAL THIS TIME).
Potatoes.
- white vinegar
- kosher salt
- chives (from the garden!)
- baby yukon gold potatoes
- olive oil
Salsa.
- grilled poblano peppers
- grilled garlic
- olive oil
- raw honey
Grilled Goods.
- grilled red onion.
