This whole setup came from the local grocery called Food Stuffs on Central in Evanston. So again … slightly elevated takeout. Takeout with a home cooked twist. That’s a salmon cake and some salads if you’re wondering (you weren’t). Maybe tonight we’ll get into something from scratch that really did come out of the makeshift kitchen. No way of telling.
